        1. Dominic Kramer submitted a bill for $38.48 for balloons used for the winter banquet.
        2. Motion to reimburse Dominic Kramer for his purchase by Steven Droog. Seconded by Mike Buss. Motion passed unanimously.

    1. Chapter Shirts
      A. Wakpaota Chapter requested Lodge permission to use lodge logo on Chapter Shirts. Motion to allow Wakpaota Chapter to create chapter T-shirts bearing the Blue Ox Logo by Stith Wiggs. Motion seconded by Josh Mann. Motion passed unanimously.
    2. Tabled Items

      A. Motion to table drum plan discussion because not all interested parties were present by Stith Wiggs. Motion seconded by Mike Buss. Motion passed unanimously. Item Tabled
    4. Ceremonies/Dance Team combination
      A. Motion to table the combination of the Dance and ceremonies teams because not all interested parties were present by Steve Droog. Motion seconded by Trey Jensen. Motion passed unanimously. Item Tabled
    1. Banquet/Lock In

1. Discussion of the event. Next year look into a possible different location. Increase publicity and advertise what Blue Ox Lodge has accomplished in its rich 75-year history.

    1. Fall Conclave
    1. Motion by Dominic Kramer to set the date of the fall conclave to August 16-18, 2002 at Gamehaven Scout Reservation. Motion seconded by Stith Wiggs. Motion passed unanimously.

        3. 1st person from lodge to sign up for Wilderness Voyage will receive a $50 matching fund from Section C1-B.
        4. Promoted Section Conclave September 13-15, 2002
    1. NLS
    1. 2002 Central Region Chief Brian Herren was present to discuss NLS. OA National Leadership Seminar. He presented info and a personal panel discussion about the leadership training taught at NLS. NLS this year will be in Toledo, Milwaukee, and Rochester
    2. Blue Ox Lodge also donated a T-shirt to Brian with the agreement that he will where the shirt one day at the 2002 NOAC.
    1. Steven Kuehn presented information on bids for a Blue Ox Lodge pin. Motion by Mike Buss for bids not to exceed the purchase cost of $2.25 per pin when purchased in quantities of 250. Motion seconded by Steven Droog. Motion passed unanimously
    2. Neal Oliver presented information about North Star Scouting Museum. He encouraged lodge members to join the membership of the museum. Dues are $10 for youth and $15 for adults.
