Gamehaven Boy Scout Council

Gamehaven Boy Scout Council is committed to preparing youth to succeed by teaching life and leadership skills. It is accomplished through great adventures and valuable lessons. It is all made possible through the generosity and dedication of hundreds of volunteers and is supported by an expert staff.

We serve the youth in Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha, and Winona counties in Southeastern Minnesota.

Join us for 15th Annual Jim Killen Boy Scout Classic,         September 11, 2010

Help support local Boy Scout programs by participating in the 15th Annual Jim Killen Boy Scout Classic Sporting Clays Shoot.  The event is a day filled with enjoyment and is held on the beautiful 20 station course developed on the Gamehaven Scout Reservation in Rochester, MN and includes a warm-up shoot, lunch, sporting clays shoot, silent auction, live auction, and a social hour filled with great food.  Early bird registration qualifies you to be entered into a drawing for a new shotgun. There are many ways to participate and support scouting through this event – find yours today!

The Boy Scouts turned 100 years old on February 8, 2010.  That’s right, 100 years of trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave clean, reverent, and the adventures of a lifetime.  Please join in as we venture into another 100 years.

Safety in Scouting

Nothing is more important than Safety in Scouting. The Gamehaven Council Risk Management Committee’s safety information is available through this website.  You may also view the safety information from BSA. (The safe scouting information on Gamehaven’s website will be going through a transition over the next few weeks and please be patient if you encounter problems.)
