Welcome to

Gamehaven Boy Scout Council

The Gamehaven Boy Scout Council of Southeastern Minnesota is committed to preparing youth to succeed.

The purpose of the Gamehaven Council is to facilitate the highest quality programs. We support Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts, and Learning for Life.  We offer exciting opportunities to young men from age 6 to 21 and to young women from age 14 to 21.

We are committed to supporting our youth through great programs. To that end, we help assemble and train volunteers and gather the needed resources. Our volunteers develop mentoring relationships and provide guidance to our youth. Our professional staff creates a support structure that helps enable the smooth operation of Scouting programs and provides guidance for program implementation. Together, our volunteers and staff make a positive difference in the lives of the young people in Southeastern Minnesota.

Improvements are being made to our Website.

The Boy Scouts of America celebrates its 100th Anniversary in 2010.  Boy Scouts was founded as an outlet to prepare every eligible youth in America to become a participating citizen and leader.  BSA has more than fulfilled its mission.  Today, BSA celebrates its first 100 years, and not only reflects on its rich history, but lays the foundation for a strong future, as well. You're invited to get involved in Gamehaven's 100th Anniversary activities.

Gamehaven Council has announced 2009 to be a Year of Extreme Service.    We are all aware that our country is facing challenges that it has not seen in several years and that service to others is one of the foundations of Scouting.  In light of those challenges and Scouting's heart for service, we believe that a year of extreme service to others is fitting preparation to Scouting's 100th Anniversary.  We would like to not only do more this year to help, we would like to be an encouragement to communities through that help. You're invited to get involved in Gamehaven's Year of Extreme Service.          Available Projects
